We need a jmxtrans instance

Bug Description

We should set up a jmxtrans instance, connect it to the Graphite instance, and then feed JMX data from Cassandra into it. This will let us monitor the runtime behaviour of the Cassandra cluster using Graphite.

Use something akin to the following configuration (to be placed in /var/lib/jmxtrans/cassandra.json):

https://pastebin.canonical.com/66994/

We'll probably want stanzas for each node in the Cassandra ring, rather than just one of them. The rootPrefix parameter ensures that if you deploy this to an existing Graphite instance (like U1's), we wont have namespace conflicts.

jmxtrans is dead simple to set up. Just grab the deb from https://github.com/lookfirst/jmxtrans/downloads and put the aforementioned json file in place with the correct addresses substituted in, then sudo /etc/init.d/jmxtrans restart.
