Bug Description

I'm using Lightread 1.1.1 on Ubuntu 12.04 and have firefox setup as my default browser (both in Firefox and through update-alternatives --config x-www-browser).
However, Lightread still opens links in Chromium which was a default browser at a previous point.

I saw a bug like this reported as fixed in 1.1, but it seems like I'm experiecing the same thing in 1.1.1.

Any workarounds?

Thank you fore reporting this bug. The latest version of Lightread is version 1.2.2. Can you please install it and confirm if you still experience the issue. You can install it using ppa:cooperjona/lightread. Until then marking incomplete.

It was an XFCE setting (preferred applications). Despite the system's default browser was Firefox (via update-alternatives), this was overriding it.
Not a problem with Lightread!

Feel free to close and thanks for looking into this.
