I have 3 monitors. 2 with 1280x1024, 1 with 2560x1600.
This worked in 12.04 with amdcccle, set as multidesktop setting "1 big desktop", xenorate off, non-tearing on.

I upgraded to 13.04 beta 2. (all same hardware)
Now only one screen works with AMDCCCLE (reports 'hardware no supported' on all 3 screen). I tried every option offered by AMDCCLE.
Screens work with openGL. But my CPU is running high using openGL with no GHardware acceleration - can't stay this way - please release a fix :)

There was an update 21st Sunday April.
This removed the "Unsupported Hardware"

I still cannot get all 3 monitors to work. The main monitor is working, the other 2 appear as white.

But... it's better, so thanks for the update.
