android builds failing due to git-ro feature

The android builds are failing due to the new light-weight http access feature . Here are the builds:

This is due to

  people/antipov/linux-aarch64.git
  people/bhoj/u-boot-linaro-stable.git

not having an up-to-date post-update hook which does 'git update-server-info'. I am working with IS to get this fixed.

Third one is people/bhoj/samsung/kernel.git

This should not happen anymore with any new repositories being created on git.linaro.org: hooks should be automatically put in place and git-update-server-info ran.
