Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-manager
After I was bitten by bug #107858 during an upgrade edgy->feisty
the update manager gives no hint on how to retry.
If the upgrade was started via the panel icon the user does
not know the command to invoke the upgrade (after correcting an error).
Thus the message to the user is: "you've missed your chance to upgrade".
(button Report Bug doesn't work at this stage -- konqueror is trying to start
but no window shows up)

Thanks for your bugreport.
For ubuntu its enough to just click on the upgrade button again. If you are using adept it should be sufficient to click on "Check". If not, I will re-assign this bug to adept.
