Bug Description

Hi,

When I install Kubuntu Feisty or Edgy I select Johannesburg in South Africa for example. The system installs and sets up my repos to .za which is correct.

BUT a big problem is I have to still go to systemsettings and click on "Regional and Language" and set it to Africa => South Africa which fixed the currency spelling etc.

This is so important bug to fix because else everyones currency and spelling defaults to a country wherre it is not when the system already knows which country the user is in.
