Bug Description
When I try to alter the light pollution via TUI, only the color of the sky is changed, but not the number of stars displayed. To simulate this issue try the following:
1. Change the light pollution to 1 via the View menu;
2. Use the TUI to change light pollution gradually from 1 to 9. You can see that many stars are displayed, regardless if the sky is lit or not;
3. Now try to set the light pollution to 9 via the View menu. Few stars are visible in the sky;
4. Use the TUI again and change light pollution to 1. Few stars are visible, although the sky is clear.
