Binary package hint: update-manager
During the "cleaning up" fase of upgrading kubuntu from 6.10 to 7.04 and after accepting removal of several lib files when asked by a dialog box with 2 options (remove/skip) this dialog appeared:

The machine where the upgrade was running is a HP Compaq nc6120 laptop with 1GB memory and a 40Gb harddisk that had plenty of room left. There was no other program running besides the distribution upgrade.

The machine is HP Compaq, 2GB ram, 40GB HDD, no other program runnings beside the distro upgrade.
