[Oxfam] CSV user upload omits "KarlStaff" field

Hello!

We received a bug report from Oxfam today about a problem when importing users via a CSV file. Here is the report:

We are trying to run a bulk upload into our KARL instance the CSV file is
successfully adding the users however we do not seem able to get the new
accounts to be marked as KarlStaff accounts under Group Membership all
other fields being imported are coming in as expected and the accounts can
be made active manually but as we have 3000 to import would like to know
if it is possible to get this field populated automatically.
..."

Unfortunately, it is hard for us to give an advice in this matter since we do not know about the CSV upload feature and its supported fields. Likely, resolving this issue will require the corresponding CSV file, correct?

Please let us know whether you will need the CSV file from Oxfam to re-produce/debug the problem. We will then try to get an anonymized copy of the file.

OSF doesn't have budget so I have to wait on a purchase order from Oxfam with approval before I can fix it. I'll put it in the "we're not working on it currently" pile awaiting info from Oxfam.

I was able to correctly set KarlStaff with a CSV upload. Note that this only works for new users and the value needs to be group:KarlStaff.

Here is what my CSV looked like:

username,email,firstname,lastname,phone,groups,password
