Bug Description
Upgrade policy for Jenkins isn't clear but I'll recommend to upgrade to latest LTS release.
At the time of writing: 1.480.2 (released on 2013-01-06)
Fix: The master key that was protecting all the sensitive data in $JENKINS_HOME was vulnerable.
In addition, most of the plugins require Jenkins 1.480, preventing any plugins update.
