AZW3 fails to open with Error; No file contains pos: 2290264

Fails to open/convert an AZW3 file. The error log is as follows..

The file will open in Kindle and if renamed with a .mobi extension also in Sumatra.

Fixed in branch lp:calibre. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
