Bug Description
I bought a game very recently (within the last few days) and while it said my card was denied or my street address information was wrong, it still charged to my account the price of the game.
It did not install to my system
the game can not be 'reinstalled' through the software center's reinstall system
it does not even show up as something I've purchased.
If needed I can prove the payment charged to my bank account AND the lack of install capability via screenshots.
