Toolbar is buggy after opening multiple files in LibreOffice, in Ubuntu 12.10

Bug Description

After opening 3 or 4 LibreOffice files by double clicking filename in Nautilus, toolbar (and sometime menus) is buggy.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install Ubuntu 12.10
2. Open Nautilus, double click a ODT/ODS/ODP/DOC/DOCX/etc file to open it in LibreOffice
3. Repeat the operation 3 or 4 times
4. The problem occurs.

There are some other programs that cause the same problem in the UI, then it is NOT (probably) caused by LibreOffice, although occur more frequently with it.
I've had the same problem using PGAdmin.

This bug completely disappeared for me after switching from using Unity to LXDE.

This issue is still present in Ubuntu 13.04.
