jockey-gtk is installed but says that it is not

Bug Description

So I installed jockey-gtk on 13.04 but I can not launch it. Here is what terminal says

Thanks for reporting this issue and making Ubuntu better.

I noticed the same issue with jockey-gtk 0.9.7-0ubuntu11 on Ubuntu Raring. In fact, jockey-gtk seem to only contain documentation:
$ dpkg -S jockey-gtk
jockey-gtk: /usr/share/doc/jockey-gtk
jockey-gtk: /usr/share/doc/jockey-gtk/copyright
jockey-gtk: /usr/share/doc/jockey-gtk/changelog.Debian.gz

I also notice the same issue happens when trying to run jockey-gtk on Ubuntu 12.10.

Jockey GTK has been superseded by software-properties, which now handles
third-party driver configuration.

You can safely remove this transitional package after upgrading.
