Cursor still visible after finalizing text

Bug Description

Hi,
using pinta-1.5-preview-20121121 on Windows XP:
1. New image 500 x 500.
2. Text object from Tools. And select font size 20 to better see the problem.
3. Click on canvas and type some text like: test
4. Press ESC key to finalize the text. Do you notice the mouse cursor is still displayed? (See attached print-screen)

Switching to another tool seems to fix the issue.

Yes switching to another tool fix the issue, but until that it is little bit unclear if text object is still selected or not.
