Bug Description
The colorless bubbles around icons for applications that are not running don't look nice.
Expected - if those icons are not to have a colored bubble around them, then there should be no bubble at all, because currently it looks empty and not very nice. I think Docky's design is clearer and more pleasant to the eye:
