Show Desktop Plugin: Fails to move windows out of view, which have been re-scaled by Grid via keyboard shortcut

[How To Reproduce]

1. Open CCSM
2. Enable the "Show Desktop" plug-in
3. Open a window and use a Grid keycombi to rescale it (for example Ctrl+Alt+Numpad3), but do not make it fullscreen
4. Trigger Show Desktop

Expected Behavior:

All open windows should slide out of view in direction of the corners of your screens.

Actual Behavior:

The window, which was rescaled by Grid fades out partially only, instead of also moving out of view and afterwards being faded out partially.

Note:
1. This does not happen to windows that were full-screened by Grid.
2. Restoring the window makes it move out of view again if Show Desktop is triggered.
