Bug Description
On Unity (3D), if gnome-terminal has been launched, and I wants to open another terminal,
I can press SHIFT on the keyboard and use mouse "Left Click" on the Terminal ICON on the launch-bar.
Then 2nd terminal windows will come out.
But The same process on Unity-2D failed to re-launch another app.
