Bug Description

There's a lot of popular demand for this. Is it reasonable to include in the official plug?

We have only 3 options in the Dock settings at the moment, so i think we can add this one. I can't seem to find what the name of the config file entry of this setting should be though? It's not in the settings file for my dock.

This actually depends on two theme-setttings, IndicatorSize and BottomPadding (to provide the needed space)

So if we want to implement this, the only way would be to ship two themes, one with indicators, and one without? That seems a bit stupid for something you should be able to toggle on and off...

Yes, there's an open bug report against plank to make it a single key, but Robert is being a stick in the mud about it. bug# 1053800
