Bug Description
Add two regions to a layout. Set one to 10% and the other to 80% and both will be scaled to the same amount.
If one region is bigger than 100% zoom it will however work correctly.
The error is in the libbrowsernode code I suspect as we're passing the correct values in to that. Suggest switching to using a scaled iframe to implement zooming - which gives much greater control and also gives offset support too.

Actually fixed in 1.4.2.
Now uses CSS scaling, however this is buggy in Chrome so doesn't work with all sites.
