Bug Description

As the UserThumbnailProvider::run doesn't escape the input file URI, the thumbnail creation fails if the URI contains illegal characters.

For example the video lens is pretty lazy when it comes to escaping the URIs (it just uses anything the locate query gives). If you open a preview of a video that has a space in the path, thumbnail generation fails as the space breaks the input file into two separate command line parameters.
