ubuntu tweak crashes on updating software list

When i add a PPA by ubuntu tweak I need to update software list. I do it by ubuntu tweak but application chrash. Then I restart the application and it work properly. Error is about internet connection (404) but my internet works well.

I have this problem installing, in example, terminator by ubuntu tweak.
I added the PPA, then I updated, always from ubuntu tweak, and application crashes when it can't download index of two another PPA.

It seems the error dialog make Ubuntu Tweak responsible, I will check on this.

Same here. The source for Skype is broken or incorrect, and enabling it causes UT to lock up when updating sources.
