Bug Description

I bet the most users want to see a time period from 9am to 8pm for example instead of week numbers.
Time numbers should be default and week numbers optional.

This way a user can easily see when appointments, events, ... start and also when they are over.

summary: - replace week numbers
+ replace week numbers by time numbers

If this is added, IMO it should not replace the weeknumbers. A new view should be added so the user can switch from weekview to monthview to dayview. I'd say this is a wishlist item.

It seems like GNOME is developing a default calendar too. It's heavily inspired by Maya an by other calendars I've seen.
Truth is GNOME calendar looks far better than Maya. It has an amazing calendar view.

More features are going to come.

I don't know in which language it is written but if it's written in Vala there could be a collaboration between elemantary and GNOME. http://erick2red.github.com/blog/2012/11/30/software-updates/
