Bug Description
Use case:
* Browse to a folder on computer using the Mixxx BROWSE menu or a external file manager
* Drag files to the LIBRARY sidebar item to add them to the library without having to have the library table visible.
To add files from the browse menu to the library, you must currently first add them to a playlist, crate or Auto DJ, even if you don't want the files in any that lists.
This bug is similar to lp:797440, where you can add folders to the library. But until the linked feature_library branch is ready, adding a drop target is a separate issue and may be easily solved.
