Bug Description
Some 4.2 based builds fail in android-build (various 404s followed by a missing build/prebuilts
The same build worked fine locally, so chances are this is triggered by some oddity in the build environment.
It may or may not be related to the version of repo in the build environment being outdated.

This problem has come up due to the new feature in repo to group the projects which need to be downloaded depending on the parameters passed. We need a workaround for this one.
