Bug Description

it would seem that since OpenOffice.org adds lots of entries (8), instead of
adding it directly to the Office submenu, it should add it to its own submenu
(off of the Office Menu)

so instead of having

Office
|- OpenOffice.org Drawing
|- OpenOffice.org from Template
|- OpenOffice.org Math
|.....

one should have

Office
|- OpenOffice.org
   |- Drawing
   |- Template
   |- Math
   |- Presentation

We definitely don't want another submenu. The right way to fix this is to have
better, more distinct icons, and remove the few 'junk' entries. It's a problem
that needs fixing, but I don't want to add a submenu. :-) Thanks.

I'm not sure I buy submenus as being bad, just wondering what the logic is?

More submenus means more mousing around. Have you seen or used the menus on
Fedora, Novell Linux Desktop or Mandrake? You need really good fine motor
control to just run a game or a terminal. ;-) Our menus are sane enough that we
don't need such crazy workarounds. Once we have good, distinct icons, and rip
out the three or more 'junk' items, the idea of adding a submenu won't even
occur to you. :-)

OK, after discussion with jdub on IRC here is the spec we need to implement:

Keep:
From Template -> rename to 'New OpenOffice.org Document'
  Presentation
  Spreadsheet
  Word Processor

All other doc types are reachable through the new document entry.

Printer admin: drop the icon - almost all functionality is a duplicate of
gnome-cups-manager / K printer admin. Niche use cases can be accessed through
the command line "oopadmin".
