Ubuntu should make obex sending/receiving work by default

Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntu-desktop

When a bluetooth device is connected, it should be possible to send/receive files without launching a separate application on a default install of Ubuntu.

This makes no sense at all. The connected state has nothing to do with the capability of sending or receiving files. The connections will be created on demand and as needed.

i think what it meant to say is, as soon as one device capable of obex transfer is paired or connected should be able to send and/or receive files by default without having to launch another program, in this case probably gnome-obex-server.

You always need to start a program for that task if you split UI code and actual profile implementation. However the D-Bus service activation should take care of this in the background.
