Bug Description

Since the introduction of Unity, I cannot enter the character ć (U+0107, Latin small letter c with acute) using the keyboard. Originally, it was possible to use “'” (acute) + “c” to compose the letter. In current versions of Ubuntu, this produces ç instead. I have read that this was changed due to a frequent complaint of Brazilian speaking people who need ç more often than ć. Before the change, I was able to use AltGr + “c” to create ç. After the change, both acute + c and AltGr + c give the same result: ç. However, there is no way to enter ć anymore.

BTW, I'm using a German keyboard layout, in case that's relevant.

I just added a workaround for this in http://askubuntu.com/questions/257824/cannot-type-c-on-hungarian-layout/257962#257962. I think the bug is in Ibus.
