camera_test has missing dependencies

1: the still test depends on eog which is not present on the ARM image of Quantal. this is fixed by installing eog (the script complains about the missing eog tool).
2: the display test does nothing. The LED comes on so I think the camera is activated, but the preview window does not launch so there's no way to see what the camera is actually seeing.

Since the still test works, I know the script is mostly functional. it just needs some minor tweaking to work on the arm image.

Just going through and triaging a few old bugs. Can you let me know if 'xdg-open <image file>' works on the AC100 image? I suspect it might not because it may be a Gnome concept.

with the quantal image (currently running), xdg-open works fine on an image file. I had a png screen shot and it opened without issue.

I'm setting this to triaged as we should just supply script dependencies wherever camera_test is being used

Or we could just use another gstreamer pipeline:

gst-launch filesrc location=foo.png ! pngdec ! ffmpegcolorspace ! videoscale ! imagefreeze ! autovideosink

That would remove the need of eog
