Failure to download extra data files

The notification helper keeps bugging me, that some data files weren't downloaded correctly, and it wants to fix the problem. The complaint is about flashplugin-installer. The full message says the problem will be resolved at later time, however several weeks have passed, and the error still keeps poping up. I have the option to resolve the issue "now", however when i press the button konsole window appears titled: package-data-do and nothing else happens.
