Bug Description
I am upgrading from 1.2 to 1.4 and I notice that my Tickers, which are set to show a "Single" item a time, do not cycle through. For example, I have the following feed with 5 items: http://
Direction: Single
Duration: 60
Scroll Speed: I've tried various values
Update Interval: 5
Number of Items: I've tried various values including blank
