uInitrd is missing in android build

uInitrd is missing in android build and ramdisk.img is replacing uInitrd it seems.
lava-dispatcher should able to detect ramdisk.img in place of uInitrd for vexpress TC2 builds. please double check with android build team (may be vishal) before making changes to lava-dispatcher.

This bug is specific to the android build system and I am working on it. The build system is now generating the uInitrd based on a specific flag "TARGET_BOOTLOADER_TYPE := uboot" . Please mark it invalid in lava-dispatcher project.
