Bug Description
Implement calculator class and task functions.
For the first phase of the calculation, we just compute hazard curve using the classical approach (parallelizing over sources).
For the second phase of the calculation, we compute disagg matrices for each site and IMT, parallelizing over sites (we CANNOT parallelize over sources).
