Bug Description
Add 1 table to represent disagg result matrix. Since this data doesn't need to directly queried from the database, we can probably store the 6-dimensional matrix as a pickled object (numpy array perhaps).
The metadata stored with each matrix includes a geographical point, logic tree paths, IMT, etc. See http://
