'states' attribute of a view field doesn't work when 'attrs' attribute is specified

Bug Description
As said in the summary, if you define one field in the view file with 'attrs' attribute and 'states' attribute, only the attribute 'attrs' is evaluated, ignoring the other attribute.
I have tested it on 6.0 version, but I don't know if this is extensible to other versions.
