Bug Description
A flaky IMAP server produces dialogues like these:
VM LOGIN <parameters omitted>
VM LOGOUT
Process IMAP deleted
ending IMAP session Mon Nov 12 16:20:16 2012

VM LOGIN <parameters omitted>
VM NO Could not connect to server
VM LOGOUT
* BYE IMAP4 server logging out, mate
VM OK LOGOUT
Process IMAP connection broken by remote peer
ending IMAP session Mon Nov 12 16:37:07 2012

VM is treating all these problems as if they were bad password problems, and keeps asking for a password. It needs to get smarter.
