I've made some progress with this. The paper shows up OK. Scrolling doesn't work quite right, only top of the page is visible, probably DisplayObject.scrollRect is needed. The page layout breaks down when zoomed. Some of the toolbar buttons do not work; single/two pages and thumbview buttons fails because LoaderInfo.bytes is not implemented.
