Noise caps CPU usage, does not open.

When I attempt to open Noise, it uses 100% CPU and sits doing nothing. After several minutes, the Noise window opens, but it does not load any of my music and the GUI can't be interfaced with at all. It is completely unresponsive after loading the GUI. I have contacted a
