Bug Description
The system 201208-11587 was where this was first discovered.
Symptom: Checkbox skips the Touchpad test in a normal run, when Isolated (Just touchpad tests only) and when everything else is skipped - It never calls the test.

This is because the tests failed their requires:, so no amount of combinations is going to make them run unless the problem with the requires is fixed. This will mean having a look at the specific system and seeing why the resource script doesn't generate the expected output.
