Bug Description
It is too easy to accidentally do `vm-followup' to mailing list messages, without intending to send the reply to the entire mailing list.
It would be good to get a warning that the message is being addressed to the entire mailing list. Or, perhaps there should be a new reply-all command that allows reply-all to normal recipients but not mailing lists.
