qapt package

qapt doesn't install packages. It shows "finished" in the terminal and that's all

Bug Description

I tried it on kubuntu 12.04 and now on kubuntu 12.10. Same problem.

I'm not entirely sure it's the same bug: If another package manager (such as mintupdate or synaptic) is working when I try to install a .deb, qapt only outputs the word "done" while it should warn me about the other manager instead.
