Bug Description

Beatbox in the last 2 or 3 updates started an issue where if you are in album view, the artist's song listing window appears when clicking on an album cover in the normal manner. However, now the window keeps reopening after you close the song list window.

The window that keeps reopening is enclosed in a screenshot.

Can't reproduce this bug here (Running on Ubuntu 12.04). Did this bug happen to occure for the first time after you upgraded to Ubuntu 12.10?

How are you closing the window? By clicking on the close-cross or by clicking somewhere else in Beatbox's application window?

It definitely occurred after I had already upgraded Ubuntu. I did not
have this particular issue with Ubuntu 12.04, however I also noticed it
started occurring after Beatbox itself had software updates. I update
via the ppa:sgringwe/beatbox (quantal) PPA. The last 2 or 3 Beatbox
updates started this issue. My guess is within the last 3 -4 weeks. I
know I was running Ubuntu 12.10 with Beatbox with no issues until the
recent updates.

When I close the window, I use the black "close-cross" to close the
window. The window keeps popping up only after I attempt to close the
initial window. In order to stop the reopening window process, I have to
close beatbox using the "gear" menu to quit the program and relaunch it.

Let me know if you need additional information.

Upon launching Beatbox using the terminal, I captured this information.
The last 2 lines are error messages that posted in terminal when I
closed the program.

I am using Ubuntu Unity with a Mac-OS-X theme that may be generating
some of the messages within Ubuntu.
