Bug Description
A tried to create a water mark to use on libreoffice, but that file (which is attached to this bug report) cannot be properly viewed neither by libreoffice, eog, firefox, Chrome or GIMP (i didn't tried any other).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE BUG:
1 - Try to open the attached file on any software on your machine.
2 - Try to open the same file on InkScape.

Moving this to inkscape, as the generated SVG file can not be validated [1], probably that is why other apps can not render it. The error message is: Line 58, Column 89: SVG element flowRoot not allowed as child of SVG element g in this context. (Suppressing further errors from this subtree.)
