window controls are small for tablets, that is, for fingers

Bug Description
1. put the pointer in the top bar
2. pay attention to the size of minimize and your finger
3. put your finger on top of minimize
expected: a finger can click minimize without clicking close and maximize
actual: you'll click minimize, but you'll also click close and maximize
additional information: People have X dollars to buy computers. They're buying tablets *instead* of desktops. Microsoft changed the Windows 7 UI radically into the Windows 8 UI. If Microsoft didn't, people would buy iOS instead of Windows. If Microsoft didn't, Microsoft would be in the past. Ubuntu already wants to be in tablets. Firefox and Google mobile already exist.
