When running on AC, the CPU governor is always set to "performance".
In previous Ubuntu editions (I can't remember exactly) the gonvernor was always set to "performance" after boot/login, but was switched to "ondemand" after a minute or so (to speed up login speed as much as possible). But in 12.10 the setting stays at "performance".
