Bug Description

I have upgraded from dapper to edgy and now to feisty.

I had many packages installed (and also small hard disk) which are no longer required, because they have newer versions. Maybe dist-upgrade should remove these after upgrade:

gnome2-user-guide
grepmap
libavahi-core4
libcamel1.2-8
libdbus-1-cil
libdirectfb-0.9-24
libdns21
libedataserver1.2-7
libegroupwise1.2-12
libexchange-storage1.2-2
libgdk-pixbuf-gnome2
libgpod0
libgucharmap5
libicu34
liboobs-1-2
libopenobex-1.0-0
libsasl2
xkeyboard-config

update-manager does some cleanup already, but it should also use the auto-installed information in the future.

update-manager now uses the automatic dependency information in the cleanup phase, this should cover those libs.
