VSync not working for fullscreen windows when "Unredirect Fullscreen Windows" enabled (Nvidia)

There's extensive video tearing when "Unredirect Fullscreen Windows" is enabled in CCSM. It only happens when watching videos fullscreen (obviously). I have "Sync To VBank" enabled in CCSM and Nvidia driver settings. Using proprietary drivers.
