On chrome, after clicking on preview button to add a new filter:

It returns: 500 Internal Server Error
works fine with firefox.

Huh. I now can't reproduce this :/ (I was sure I could before). It's possible that it was a bug in chromium that was fixed in a recent version I suppose. Can you try again?
