Bug Description

$ pymol
...omitted...
Exception in plugin 'autodock' -- Traceback follows...
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/pmg_tk/PMGApp.py", line 315, in initializePlugins
    __builtin__.__import__(mod_name)
  File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/pmg_tk/startup/autodock.py", line 48, in <module>
    from numpy import *
ImportError: No module named numpy
Error: unable to initialize plugin 'autodock'.

The pymol version included in 12.04 includes the autodock plugin which relies on python-numpy. This is easily fixed by installing python-numpy. Which may not be apparent to some users.

The program appears to still function without the autodock plugin enabled. It is just missing in the menu.
