Lens bar overflow breaks the Dash layout and search bar

Bug Description
In desktop mode, the Dash can accomodate up to 16 icons in the lens bar. If more lenses are installed, their icons are not displayed but it's still possible to reach them via the BFB quicklist. This triggers two visual bugs:
1) The Dash canvas expands to the size it would have it if the lens bar was displaying more than 16 icons.

2) The text entered is the search bar is invisible until being selected.
